Summer's almost gone

Life has continued in full force since we got back from vacation. The boys enjoyed the pioneer day parade. Tyler was more aggressive than Sam at getting to the candy.

This little boy and his cute smile just kill me. Love him!

Spent a day at my parent's house. Good to see them. :)

My little brother did some video at a wedding I shot and it was great to have him tag along!

Travis and I finally made it to see the Music Man and it was fantastic.

Andrew and Shiloh spent a few nights at our house while they had some family stuff in Idaho.
Here's all the boys on the Stradley side, fascinated by the tractors of course.

We love the farmer's market and their treats. Sam takes after me and prefers baked goods over fruit...

Crazy hair day

Had one last girl's night before Jennika moved out of state! Gonna miss her!
And gonna miss Rachel living down the street from me...

Family Vacation Part 2: Estes Park

The Stradley family reunion was a blast! We loved being together with everyone. We snagged a few family photos in the beautiful scenery of Colorado while we were there.
Thankful for my parents who made this all possible and for the great grandparents they are.
Tyler said "Grandma" more than any other word while we were there I'm pretty certain.

We stayed at a YMCA which had tons of activities and included 3 meals a day. (So nice to not have to worry about food for a week.) Sam loved mini golfing with Grandma. Tyler liked to get in the way and throw a golf ball around.

The kids got to make slime one day. It was super super slimy.

We headed on a hike around a gorgeous lake. Steven found a rock climbing spot nearby. Well, it was a "short" hike from the lake, but it was as steep as they come. Sam and I braved it so I could get some photos.

That's Matthew on top of that rock.

Mom paid for us to make tye dye shirts. They all turned out pretty awesome.

My boys played in the dirt while other did archery.

Our last full day in Colorado we went to the national forest in the rockies and hiked to a waterfall. It was a nice hike and a pretty waterfall. Tyler fell asleep on the way down, unfortunately it wasn't a stroller friendly hike so he napped on grandpa for the last little bit. Sam hiked the whole way up. :)

The kids were champs on the way home. We only stopped twice. Made a stop at bear lake for a raspberry shake.
It was a great week, but also so good to be home and in our own bed.
