Covid Week 16 | Happy Father's Day

Just trying to enjoy the summer before it's gone. :)
Lots of friends and play time, so that's been nice.

We adore the Bundersons. Really, all of them are so great.
Ella has always been a favorite of my kids, we're lucky to have such great neighbors.

Spent Father's day at Grandpa Marble's after Stacey spoke in church.
Always fun to see family and have some cousin time. Even got to play in the pool.

Love this guy more than anything.
Glad he puts up with me. :)

Sam's Birthday Week

Sam's Birthday Week

Finding new places on Sunday walks.

Boys have been selling lettuce, we told them if they helped in the garden they could sell some stuff for a little bit of money. :)

This little girl sometimes wakes up so so sleepy from her naps. Just love her and her snuggles.

Kids have been having lots of fun outdoors with friends. Got to ride around in the back of a truck filled with water.

Spent some time with Grandma & got to meet Mandy's new puppy which the kids were in LOVE with.

Sam Turns 6

Happy 6th Birthday Sam!

Our little man is 6! We decided it was ok to have an outdoor party with some friends. I let Sam pick some friends to invite. He has so many to choose from--such a blessing. We were especially glad to have Cam come play, we haven't seen him since school.

The kids played in the yard, Sam opened presents and was so excited about all of them, had cake, broke open a pinata and played some more.

Sam is so kind, he's a peacemaker in our house and loves being with friends.

He's so smart. I love that he reads everything he sees now and am so impressed by all that he can read. He loves playing nintendo with his brother and being outside with family and friends.
We love his laugh and sense of humor. He's an amazing big brother and almost always willing to help. (Sometimes adamant that he helps.)

He randomly requested a minion cake this year.

Such a great group of friends. :)

Covid Week 12 | Visit to the Farm

Farm Visit & It's Already HOT

We got to go to Grandpa Marble's and Grandma Lisa's to help Colton with Pumpkins/watch Mercedes and Peyton who we haven't seen in months. So fun. Amelia loves those girls, even though she hardly knows them. :) 

I got to go shoot a few couples at a new location with Rach. Always a good time with her.
Cora and Amelia as twinners. :)

Boys have loved helping me cook lately. I've been trying to get them more involved lately.

They LOVE watching popcorn pop. I love watching them watch popcorn pop.

Covid Week 11 | Last Week of School

Covid Week 11 | Last Week of School

We spent memorial day at the cabin with my family. It was so much fun to spend time outside with all of them. The kids truly loved playing with their cousins ALL day. Stacey had a great time playing some spike ball with the brothers. We helped dad cut down a tree. The boys enjoyed the 4 wheeler rides that grandpa and uncles took them on.

Travis' birthday was Wednesday, his mom came Tuesday evening to watch the kids and we went out to dinner and on a nice kid-free walk. :) I made him a delicious Tres Leches cake.

Last day of school photos! Love these kids. So proud of Sam and how well he did with school work at home and how much he has learned this past year. 

Went to a little preschool "graduation" for Tyler. The kids had fun and enjoyed seeing Mrs. Hamilton again.

We also went to Merlin Olsen park and played in the river cause it was so hot this week.
Glad the playgrounds are open at the moment. Fun time playing with Bronson & Brizzy.

Saturday the boys spent at least 2 hours in the morning playing legos with Eli on his front porch.
He and Cora came over and spent a few hours in our backyard. It was glorious. I forgot how much I love having their friends around to keep them entertained. ;) But really, friends have been missed.

Utah has been looking mostly back to normal, or at least a new normal, lately. It's a little strange, cause there's still plenty of states in lock down, or with more restrictions. We're trying to do the best we can with the knowledge we have. It's hard to know what to do and how to keep us all safe while still living our lives. So much unknown still about this virus and we just want to be responsible. :)

We got the boy's a bunk bed this week. It was their favorite toy for 2 whole days. :) The boys even helped me paint it.

Amelia came location scouting with me and had a pretty grand time. So many pretty places nearby!

Made this grasshopper cake to celebrate Travis & Shiloh's birthday at the cabin tomorrow. Can't wait to eat it. :)
