Almost Christmas

Oh my word. These 3 are the cutest. They are my greatest joy and they light up my world. I'm so glad they're mine. They also are very good at pulling faces during photos. :) They were good sports letting me get these photos this year. Amelia actually did the best...

She is one loved little girl.

These two have become the best of friends. I absolutely adore listening to them play together. Their imaginations run wild.

She's becoming quite the wild one. Love her.

Sam has loved writing lately. He wrote some Christmas cards and taped them to some presents under the tree.

Last month we spent the last few warm days outside and at the park.

We stayed at my parent's house for a night so I could participate in another handball tournament in Salt Lake.

Saw Frozen 2 with the boys the day before thanksgiving and we all enjoyed it. We've also been watching lots of Christmas movies at home. Amelia is obsessed with books, Travis went all out on the lights this year and our house is so festive inside.

Loved playing in the snow at my parent's house on Thanksgiving.

We went to the Center Street grand reveal thing in downtown Logan where Santa and Elsa both appeared. The boys wouldn't go near Elsa & Anna, and they barely spoke to Santa. Amelia was not happy about Santa at all.

These boys love play outside, and Amelia is always anxious to join them. She really likes playing with the big kids.

Halloween 2019

The boys chose to dress as Spiderman this year, due to their love of the movie "Spiderman: Into the spider verse." They don't even know who Spiderman really is. :) Tyler calls Peter Parker the "big kid spiderman." We dressed Amelia as the TARDIS from Doctor Who, because we had the outfit. And she's adorable.

The kids had been so excited for Halloween for so long, and they certainly enjoyed it. They both had parties at school. I got to go watch Sam in his little parade. They got to trick or treat at Travis' work and we went to see Grandma Marble at her office as well.
Then we endured the cold for a little bit as we went trick or treating around the neighborhood, skipping any house that had a hint of no one being home. Tyler wanted to go home after 10 houses, but he trucked on and they had quite the haul.

Earlier this month we took the kids to a corn maze. Despite how grumpy most of us were on the way there, we all had a good time. The boys especially loved the pile of haystacks to play on.

Sam got school pictures, and colored his hair green for crazy hair day.

Google photos made us a then and now, and we think Tyler looks older then, with his long hair. :)
Also, i love their eyes. But Tyler's are lightening so much, so quickly.

Travis' side business was a finalist in a innovative competition down in Salt Lake, so we all went down and ended up going out to dinner, because their food was lousy. But it was fun.

Baby's first ponytail! She's so cute.

Yoga with the kids, Amelia loves laying in Sam's bed and having friends read to her. Tyler's angry eyes caught on camera, and the boys playing in the first snow.

Cute cousins. Also, Tyler accidentally smashed baby's fingers real good in the hinge of the door...

California Trip 2019

Every year we go to St. George in October to watch my dad and usually some of my brothers run the marathon. This year we decided to go to California before since we would already be halfway there. We headed to the beach for day one, and although a little breezy, it was still a beautiful day for the beach. The waves were a bit large, but the boys loved playing in the water and sand. Baby was even excited by the waves, and thoroughly enjoyed getting wet and sandy.

Travis had fun burying kids in the sand.

Tyler making sand angels on his stomach down in the left hand corner. 😂

I didn't realize it until after the trip looking through my photos, but Sam was making a face in so many of them, ha ha! I guess we've reached that stage for him.

We surprised the boys by taking them to Legoland & staying in the Legoland hotel. We had just planned to go to the park for one day, but after hours at the beach we decided to go for a few hours that same day. The boys were so excited, especially when they heard there were rides. :)

There are some pretty incredible Lego creations there.

Sam loved the cars, and ended up with a handful of little drivers licenses.

This vehicle ride was actually quite tiring. You had to pump up and down to get it to the other side and back, and Sam was no help, ha! Also, Tyler really enjoyed the roller coaster.

The favorite rides were probably Ninjago and the submarine ride (that was definitely baby's favorite.) The park wasn't busy and we were able to walk right on to most of the rides which was so awesome. The boys had their fill by the end of the second day and were able to do all the rides they wanted to multiple times.

We got to meet Emmett there too!

Baby loved this Lego do and then threw a sad fit because it wasn't real...

The hotel was pretty neat. We opted for the pirate themed room and the boys got to do a little scavenger hunt for a little Lego prize each night. They also had their own room with bunk beds which was great for us.

Oh my, I just love them so much. Especially when they're happy.

The hotel also had an elevator with a disco ball and it played music every time the doors closed. The was Amelia's favorite thing every. She danced every time and I even had to drag her out of the elevator the last night cause she wanted to stay there and dance. She would start dancing on the way to the elevator, it was so cute. You can see some of it in the video google made for us below. :)

Lots and lots of driving. After 2 days in California we headed back to St. George to meet up with the family. The kids did pretty good in the car, except the last day, Tyler had some major tantrums, and then Sam finally had a whining streak. (I can't really complain though, cause Sam was GOLDEN the rest of the trip, and Tyler was pretty good too. We stayed at the park all day and they were both just so happy and fun.) Amelia even did really great.

Stopped at a new ice cream place in Beaver that my dad suggested.

Did the mayor's walk, swam, played with cousins and cheered on the marathoners in St. George.

Baby got sick our last night there, so we just packed up a little earlier in the morning and headed home. Thankfully she did good on the drive home.
