The End

Summer is gone. But it was a great one!
Travis and I made a summer to-do list, and I've blogged about
several of those list items, but we almost completed the whole thing.
I was quite impressed with us.

We went to see Seussical at the Old Barn Theater
which was fabulous.
We also went to see James and the Giant Peach at the Caine Lyric Theater.

We spent some time at fairs, art on the lawn, other festival things
which I can't remember currently what they're called.

This was our second year at art on the lawn, we had to paint
on the canvas again.

I finally got to eat at Herm's, a little lunch place in the middle of
nowhere in Logan.

We also went to the crepery where they have huge crepes
but they serve them in wax paper no plate or utensils and it has the potential
to be a big mess when you get to the end of your gooey
goodness of a crepe.
Other than that it is delicious.

Also, the inside of the place is pretty neat and they have a couple
of these neat swinging chairs.

Summer's been the best. I've loved every minute.
Now time for some new adventures in the fall.

Nighttime Adventures

We went to the Cache Valley Fair a couple of weeks ago.
It was as fun as any fair can be.
Smelled like farm animals, and we did see a few baby cows
and some little piglets. That was the highlight of the animals.

Good thing we didn't go to see the animals though.
We went to photograph the rides. At night.

This was all Travis' idea, he's full of good ones.

It was a lot of fun experimenting.

We also went to watch/photograph the sunset last weekend
as well as take some more night shots around Logan.

Bull Hunting Part III

I promise this was not meant to be a three part blog post.
Good fortune just found us and we
kept finding the missing bulls.
Travis spotted this one as we were headed
to Macey's to buy groceries.
We had looked in this spot before, but apparently
they took the bull away for a few weeks.
Who knows why.

Now we're done bull hunting.
Travis hurt his leg jumping onto this one anyway.
But it was totally worth it for this photo.

Also, for your enjoyment, here is a link to
my all time favorite Studio C clip.
(I don't remember how I got the other one to show
directly on here. This works too.)

Bull Hunting

If you've been up to Logan recently you may have noticed the
bulls that line Main street.  I'm not exactly sure why
they are there, but Travis found out there are 8 of them on
Main street, one up on campus and the last is traveling elsewhere.
So, we decided to go get our picture taken with all of them...
minus the one we couldn't find.

We know, not a bull, but it was on main street as well.

Saturday in the Park

Travis and I had the chance to go down to Brigham City
on Saturday morning and have breakfast with the Munns!
They are a family that I met while serving my
 mission in South Portland, Maine.
They happened to be having a family reunion
in Salt Lake and spent a night in Brigham.
We had a great time, I almost forgot how funny this family is.

On our way home I got a phone call from Shiloh.
She and Andrew randomly decided to come
up to Logan for the day.

It was awesome.
We had a picnic in the park.
Watched the Muppets.
The kids got to play in our sprinklers.
Also, in case I didn't mention,
my neices and nephews are the cutest and the happiest.
