Yesterday Travis and I had our first wedding anniversary!
This is the bench where it all started...sort of.
Anyway, we decided to take another picture there.
I'll admit it's not always easy, but it has definitely been
the best year of my life.
And I'm ready for many more years to come. :)
So I feel like I need to hear the story of "The Bench"
ReplyDeleteHa ha! Well, in short, the semester that Travis and I met/started dating I was working on a photo project that consisted of just benches. And this was the practice bench, whenever I needed to take test shots, we'd run over to adams park cause it was close. I had a sheet behind each bench, so I needed a couple helpers to hold it up--Travis made sure he was almost always available. We spent a lot of time at this bench, among many others in Logan...and surrounding towns. And then Travis proposed at this bench, even though it was raining, dark and cold. :)
