Friday was Travis' 30th Birthday! He took the day off and we went to the dinosaur park in Ogden. (Because when you have kids, you do things for them, not yourself...)
I made Travis a cake, even though he doesn't really like cake, and surprised him at work the day before his birthday. It looked great on the outside, but in reality, I forgot an ingredient and below is the image of what the cake really looked like. We decided to call it brownie cake.
I made Travis a dessert I know he likes for his actual birthday.
And I got to use my mother's day gift for the first time to display it. :)

So, back to the dinosaur park. Sam had a good time.
He especially enjoyed the moving dinosaurs inside.
Tyler didn't really care as much...
Travis treated us to Jamba Juice for his birthday and Sam got his own drink.
Sometimes, this is the only way I get things done around the house. Tyler loves to be held.
Except for maybe by his brother. I think this is the first time Sam has really held Tyler though.
Dad got Sam his own little chair so he can sit outside with us. It's adorable.
We've also started trying to do movie night once a week. One day Sam will sit through a film.
Both boys have been sleeping with their legs out of the crib recently.
We spent an afternoon at the splash pad. Sam didn't even touch the water...
But we had fun all the same.
We're super excited for the summer weather. :)
We started working on the ABC's and it's so cute when Sam sings it.
Sometimes he'll just be playing with his toys and singing it to himself now.
