Aquarium

We haven't had a whole lot of time for our staycation this summer so far (good things our kids aren't in school yet and summer can just continue.) but the one thing that I absolutely wanted to do was go to the aquarium down in Draper. We took a trip down there on Saturday and it was so much fun. It was great to Sam running around so excited by everything in sight. I love watching him learn and grow and have new experiences. And I took way too many photos. Don't worry, I didn't include them all.

I loved the shark tank with the tunnel. I probably could have sat in that room for hours
just watching all of the animals swim around.

Tyler didn't sleep the whole time, although I'm not sure how much he really enjoyed being stuck in the stroller for several hours.

Also, here's photos from the past month.

We went to the parade on the 24th of July and Sam actually understood the concept of getting candy this year, which I was super grateful for because it's awkward when I'm out there taking candy from little children.

Travis has been giving Tyler food and he loves it. Sam tried cotton candy for the first time and seemed to have a love hate relationship with it.

Sam has been a really good helper while cleaning the house so that we could get it ready to put on the market.

We went to the pool with Jennika and her two kids. Had to get some photos
since these kids are so close in age. :)

Also, I got to drive down to see Salt Lake to see my great friend Amanda
who was in town from Seattle. And she finally got to meet Tyler!

On our way back to Logan we stopped at Liberty park and played in their little river splash pad place.
Sam had a blast.

We took a bus ride up to campus to get our weekly ice cream at Aggie ice cream.

And Sam hasn't fallen out of bed in weeks!!

  2. Yeah it was pretty neat. I really enjoyed it! Ha ha! We're just moving to River Heights, next week. Just south of Logan, like 8.5 minutes from our current home.
