November and a lot of Sam

Fall is officially over and winter has certainly set in here in Logan.
Although I wish we had more snow.

So, every Monday morning when Sam and I go grocery shopping, as we go through the
checkout, a lady named Sue is sure to be there to give Sam candy. In fact, she's conditioned
him to expect candy at the grocery store. So pretty soon we'll have a years supply of smarties in
our Tardis cookie jar because Sam gets at least 3 every week, but generally eats one
throughout the week. He sure loves to go shopping with me though.

And this is one of his new favorite places to play.

Sam loves to be a helper.

We also painted another wall in our house! I love accent walls.

Travis' cousin recently moved to Colorado and I got to watch his son, Madden, who was born
about 12 hours before Sam. It was fun to have them play together before they moved.
And it was honestly the best play date Sam has had when it comes to sharing and not
screaming at the other child.

Sam has also loves wearing our winter hats and I think it's adorable.

In November we were part of 2 different family photo sessions.
And I got to wear the same thing for both of them. :)

We also got to go down to temple square and see the lights. We took Sam this year
and I think he enjoyed it for the most part. He really liked the fountains at city creek.
We met my cousin and his wife down there, it was great to catch up with them.

I love my family!

I love this time of year, and it's fun to see things through Sam's eyes.

We watched the Christmas Devotional last night and this last photo makes me so happy.
It was such a perfect little moment in life.
