December was so much fun. I love the anticipation before Christmas and the preparation.
Sam is now able to go down the stairs safely by himself! Yay!
So we don't leave the gate up much anymore at the bottom, and he loves to hang out
on the stairs next to the window.
Also, this happened the other day. There's only one other time that I can recall
when Sam has fallen asleep on the floor instead of his crib. So cute.

I decided to make little treat bags for Christmas this year and had to document how many
treats we made. And it only took all morning.
We've had a decent amount of snow this winter so far and I finally got Sam out in it.
He loved it so much!
Sam got special treatment because mom wanted to get home a little faster...
We love hanging out downstairs with the Christmas tree.
Christmas morning! This year was a bit more fun for us since Sam could open his own presents
and express more of his excitement at what was going on.

We found some British crackers while we were at World Market the other week and Travis
had really wanted to get some for Christmas day. I think he wishes we were British.

How fun!! It was fun to see Sam getting excited about Christmas, can't wait until next year when Aubrey is. Also, I got Martha exact same quad copter for father's day and he loved it! And after Aubrey was born, whenever she'd get fussy he'd fly it around for her and she was so fascinated by it, it calmed her right down, every time. You'll have to try it with your baby :)
