St. George 2016

Catching up on a few events and lots of photos...

The stairway is their favorite place to hang out. Until Tyler can climb up them, and then we will put a gate up and destroy all of that fun.

I had a photo session in Salt Lake last week, the night before we were headed to St. George, so Travis decided to take the day off of work and we had a little family outing in Salt Lake. We walked to lunch and then back to the gateway to take Sam to the discovery museum or whatever it's called. He had such a blast! And it was great to have my mom there with us.

Travis had about as much fun as Sam. :)

And the helicopter was all Sam talked about the rest of the day. I told Travis we should just put an old helicopter in our backyard instead of a playground.

We headed to St. George the next day and spent the night at Steven and Sarah's. We went and explored the narrows, Sam loved looking for lizards and feeding the ducks. And for days after Sam kept talking about Alice (Steven and Sarah's cat) and even named his little worker man after her.

We participated in the usual traditions such as chuck-a-rama for dinner, the mayor's walk and the splash pad. We loved spending time with family and cheering our runners on in the marathon.

The cheering squad.

Matthew ran a great race.

Dad did too. :)

And we tried to catch some of conference in between it all.

Sam still likes to help, most of the time, even when it comes to feeding Tyler. He tried to share all of his food with him, which will probably stop once Tyler can actually eat everything he does.

Tyler LOVES Sam. He gets so happy every time he sees him and likes to play with him. Sam doesn't always feel the same way about Tyler, but he can definitely get him to laugh more than Travis and I. I  do love watching them play together as Tyler gets older.
